New Zealand elections: voting arrangements in Honiara

Election Day in New Zealand is Saturday, 26 November 2011.

Voting for New Zealand citizens and permanent residents will commence at the New Zealand High Commission on 0830 Wednesday 9 November 2011, and close 1600 Friday 25 November 2011.

The polling booth will be open week days only from 0830 to 1130 and 1330 to 1600.

You can vote from overseas if you are enrolled and:

• you are a New Zealand citizen and have been in New Zealand within the last three years; or
• you are a permanent resident of New Zealand and have been in New Zealand in the last 12 months.
