It includes development assistance in key areas such as education, seasonal employment, and our ongoing contribution to the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands (RAMSI),” Mr McCully said.

“I look forward to meeting and working with Prime Minister Philip to further strengthen our relationship.

“New Zealand is committed to supporting sustainable economic development in Solomon Islands”.

Mr McCully will also meet RAMSI personnel, including New Zealand troops and police officers currently serving in Solomon Islands.
