  • Documents required: the original Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (it must have the Apostille Certificate)
  • Delay: One week
  • Fee: Euros 50.00

Certificate on the publication of "edicts"

  • Documents required: Photocopy of the biodata page of your New Zealand passport
  • Delay: One week
  • Fee: Euros 50.00

Consular Record Certificate

  • Documents required: Photocopy of the biodata page of your New Zealand passport
  • Delay: One week
  • Fee: Euros 50.00

Taking of an affidavit, affirmation or declaration

  • Delay: Same day if prior appointment made
  • Fee: Euros 50.00

Translation of original documents

  • The Embassy can provide, if necessary, with a list of sworn translators in Spain.

Verification of Spanish Foreign Ministry signatures

  • Documents required: Original document, duly signed by the Spanish Foreign Ministry
  • Delay: One week
  • Fee: Euros 50.00

Witnessing signatures

  • Documents required: Original document and your New Zealand passport
  • Delay: Same day if prior appointment made
  • Fee: Euros 50.00
