New Zealand passports and citizenship
If you are a New Zealand citizen and you need to renew your expired New Zealand passport, you should make an application directly to the Passport Office of the Department of Internal Affairs in Wellington, Sydney or London. The site includes application forms, information on fees and how to pay, and the supporting documents you will need to supply. The New Zealand Embassy in Madrid is not able to issue new or replacement passports to New Zealand citizens. If you are not able to print an application form from the passport web site, please request one from the Embassy:

Adding visa pages
The New Zealand Embassy in Madrid is not able to issue extra visa pages in your New Zealand passport. Please contact the Passport Office of the Department of Internal Affairs in Wellington, Sydney or London for this service.
New Zealand Citizenship by Descent
All New Zealand citizenship by descent enquiries should be addressed to the Citizenship Office. There is an office of the Department of Internal Affairs at the New Zealand High Commission in London.
