New Zealand Permanent Mission Geneva, Switzerland
The receiving office for New Zealand visa applications is about to change. From 10 December 2012, applications can no longer be lodged with the New Zealand Consulate-General in Geneva, and instead need to be sent to the New Zealand Visa Application Centre (VAC) in London. If you reside in the UK, you can submit your application to the VAC in person.
The Māori Electoral Option gives New Zealanders of Māori descent the opportunity to choose whether they want to be on the Māori Electoral Roll or the General Electoral Roll when they vote in the next two General Elections.
The Mission reception is open from 8.30 to 12.30 Monday to Friday.
The Mission is open in the afternoon to visitors with appointments and to New Zealanders who have had their money or passport stolen, or some other consular emergency.
In the case of New Zealanders in difficulty, please call the Consular Officer (022 929 0382) during normal office hours 8.30am to 5.00pm to discuss the issue and arrange a time to come to the Mission if required.
