United Nations Handbook
The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade publishes annually the United Nations Handbook. This is a guide to all the United Nations bodies and organisations, including their structure, membership and meetings, and provides contact information. The handbook is produced at the start of each United Nations General Assembly session and designed for United Nations delegates from all nations, the media and the public. The New Zealand Handbook on International Human Rights
The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade also publishes the New Zealand Handbook on International Human Rights. This is a guide to the development of human rights and international human rights law. It provides readers with the legal framework for the protection of human rights, and information on international human rights instruments (especially treaties).
The current handbook, in its third edition, was published to mark the Universal Declaration of Human Rights sixtieth anniversary, in 2008.
