The New Zealand and African Union Buffet Lunch hosted by HE Amanda Ellis, New Zealand Permanent Representative to the UN was held at the New Zealand Chancery, on 22 August 2013. The special Guest of honour,  Mr. Ibrahima Cheikh Diong, CEO of Africa Consulting and Trading, and the Senior Africa Adviser of the Corporate and Investment Banking of BNP Paribas,  and former Minister/Special Adviser to the President of the Republic of Senegal gave a briefing on "PPPs in Infrastruture development in Africa: Opportunities and Challenges". Fifteen African Permanent Representatives from Missions, based in Geneva, Switzerland attended the Buffet Lunch.
