Executive Assistance/Receptionist, New Zealand High Commission, Tonga

The New Zealand High Commission in Tonga is looking for a dynamic, professional Executive Assistant/Receptionist.  

The Executive Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for providing executive support to the Head of Mission, receptionist duties and other administration functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

The position is suited to a person with a strong background in client service and administration support.  The successful applicant will have sound judgement, initiative, critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail and an ability to set priorities.  They will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to work cooperatively as part of a small team.

This is a locally-engaged position, based in Nuku’alofa, with terms and conditions of employment set in accordance with local employment requirements.

We are seeking to fill the role as soon as possible.
