Information office

The New Zealand High Commission has an Information Office which can answer enquiries relating to New Zealand government services, excluding immigration and passports.

The Information Office will not respond to emails or telephone calls regarding visas, work permits or residency applications for New Zealand, nor will it respond to questions about replacement passports.
