New Zealand Defence Staff

The New Zealand Defence Staff in London represents the interests of the New Zealand Defence Force in the United Kingdom and the New Zealand Ministry of Defence. The office comprises four New Zealand Service Officers from the New Zealand Army, the New Zealand Navy and the New Zealand Airforce, along with a number of local staff. Together they maintain relations with the British Forces and United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence and provide administrative support to combined defence force activities, such as visits and training. Contact with the defence industry is also maintained and the staff in London undertake procurement on behalf of the New Zealand Defence Force.

The Head of the New Zealand Defence Staff in London is also accredited to France, Germany, Belgium and Italy.
