New Zealand High Commission London, United Kingdom

It was fantastic to see so many at the Dawn service this year. We're hoping that rain will hold off now for the Cenotaph wreath laying at the Westminster Abbey service. For those of you who were not able to make the Dawn service please see a copy of the High Commissioner, Sir Lockwood Smith's Address here. "This year as we mark the centenary of the outbreak of WWI, with poignant reflection, we honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their countries almost 100 years ago, and in all subsequent conflicts where New Zealanders and Australians have served."

New Zealand High Commissioner Sir Lockwood Smith addressed the Royal Over-Seas League Council on 31 March 2014 speaking about 'Team Commonwealth in a Changing World'.
