Administration Manager - Honolulu 

Are you an experienced Administration Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive on building relationships and delivering through others?

The New Zealand Consulate-General is seeking an Administration Manager to be responsible for the overall administration of our Consulate-General.

In this busy position, you will manage one team administrator to support the delivery of the Consulate-General’s strategic outputs.  You will ensure office processes and systems run smoothly, take charge of budget management and ensure compliance with all process guidelines and internal controls.   You will manage property and facilities service providers ensuring cost efficient contracts run smoothly. You will provide consular assistance and support to New Zealand citizens. Finally, you will also provide basic HR guidance and administration assistance to the Consul General and management team.

You will have significant experience in office administration and team management, and be comfortable working as part of a team. You will also need to demonstrate strong English communication skills, relationship building skills, customer focus and attention to detail. In particular the ability to build working relationship with off shore teams will be key.

The annual starting salary for the position is between USD50,186 and USD70,260 dependent upon skills and experience.
