Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton / U.S. Department of State

New Zealand and the United States have signed a new partnership document setting out areas of cooperation between the two countries, including in areas such as nuclear non-proliferation, the Pacific, Antarctica and the Southern Ocean.
