New Zealand Development Scholarships

New Zealand Development Scholarships (NZDS) are funded by the New Zealand Government. NZDS in the Open category (NZDS-Open) are for full-time, postgraduate study in New Zealand. To be eligible to apply, candidates must already have completed a Bachelors (undergraduate level) degree.

The purpose of the NZDS is to contribute to sustainable economic and social progress in Vanuatu through the transfer of knowledge and skills gained during the study. Successful candidates are required to return to Vanuatu for at least two years on completion of the scholarship to contribute to the development of Vanuatu.

International Doctoral Research Scholarship

The International Doctoral Research Scholarship (NZIDRS) provides the opportunity for the successful candidate(s) to study under internationally recognised academics and researchers in a wide range of disciplines - towards a doctorate degree.
