First Secretary (Development)

Kathryn Beckett is the First Secretary, Development at the New Zealand Embassy in Ha Noi and has been in Viet Nam since September 2011. She is responsible for managing the New Zealand Aid Programme to Viet Nam. Kathryn has worked in development for many years and finds it stimulating as she continues to learn new ways of approaching development issues. Kathryn is accompanied by her partner and two children.
